•     Failure to attend the event will invalidate your ticket and does not entitle you to a refund.

•     Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that this period does not exceed 48 hours before the start of the event.

•     Purchases made at physical points of sale are not eligible for cancellation.

•    After the withdrawal period mentioned above, as well as within the 48 (forty-eight) hours preceding the event and after the show/event has taken place, Q2 Ingressos will not, under any circumstances, refund purchased tickets.

•    Q2 Ingressos is not responsible for purchases made outside its platform.

•     Beware of counterfeit tickets.

Ticket Transfer

You can now transfer your ticket easily and securely, directly through the Q2 Ingressos app or website, with no bureaucracy.

How it works:

1. Access the “My Tickets” section on the website.
2. Select the desired ticket.
3. Enter the new holder’s information.
4. The new holder will receive the request and must accept the terms of use through the Q2 Ingressos app to complete the transfer.

Important:

• Transfers can be made up to 12 hours before the start of the event.
• The new holder will be able to view all ticket information.
• Once the transfer is completed, cancellation cannot be requested.
